Return Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, contact us at notify@seawallsoftware.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at notify@seawallsoftware.ca.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
